I didn't always feel this free. In fact, for years, I lived a life that looked perfect on the outside but felt completely disconnected on the inside. I was successful, accomplished, in a loving relationship — but deep down, I was lost.
I had abandoned myself without even realizing it.
When my world came crashing down, the pain of surrendering to reality was excruciating. I had to face the truth: I was deeply hurt, I felt rejected, and for the first time, I had to take full responsibility for both my happiness and my pain. The fear of being unloved or not enough had controlled me for so long — until one day, the lie I was telling myself became more painful than the fear itself.
And that's when everything changed.
The awakening: taking back control
I realized that happiness wasn't something I could find in a job, a relationship, or external success. Happiness was an inside job — and I had to take ownership of it. But I had no idea where to start.
I asked myself:
- Who am I beneath the roles I play?
- What truly makes my soul feel alive?
- What if I stopped seeking approval and started seeking myself?
I surrendered to these questions, and slowly, the answers started revealing themselves.
“Your path has to change. Your purpose is different from the lies you tell yourself. You are here to serve, to help others see what you now see — to help them discover the love within.”
I couldn't ignore it. This calling became a voice in my head that refused to leave — and I knew I had to listen.
The path to becoming a therapist
With a renewed sense of purpose, I began searching for how I could bring this vision to life. That's when I found Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) — and I just knew.
This was it. This was the method that would allow me to help others transform, just as I had.
From that moment on, everything shifted. I stepped fully into this new path, changed careers, returned to university to earn my psychology degree, moved to a new country, found my true love, became a mother, and built a thriving therapy practice.
My journey has been nothing short of transformational, and it continues every day as I witness the incredible breakthroughs of my clients.
You don't have to break to begin again
For me, transformation started from the ashes of what I thought my life should be. But you don't have to wait until you crash into a thousand pieces before you take your first step toward healing.
You can be smarter than me. You can choose yourself now.
And when you do — I'll be here, ready to listen, ready to guide you, and ready to help you step into the peace, confidence, and self-love you deserve.
Are you ready?
